Corporate & Company Watches — Built Around Your Organisation

We make watches for companies, institutions, and organisations that want something genuinely their own — a timepiece that carries your identity, not a logo dropped onto a stock watch. We've built them with KSAT (Kongsberg Satellite Services) and Store Norske, and we design each project around how your people will actually wear and receive it. Tell us about yours, and we'll come back with options, timelines, and pricing.

How a Corporate Collaboration Works

A corporate watch can be structured in whatever way fits your organisation — and you don't need a procurement process to get started.

Your organisation orders a batch. You commission a run for your team, your members, or a milestone, and we produce every piece to one consistent standard.

Your people order their own. We can set up an edition your employees or members buy individually if they want one — with no central budget required.

A public edition. Where it fits the design and the story, we can release a version to the public too — a way to turn an internal project into genuine brand storytelling. That's exactly how the KSAT project worked: an internal edition for employees, and a public edition for collectors worldwide.

We'll help you choose the right path once we understand what you're trying to achieve.

What You Get

Consistency at any scale. Whether it's 20 watches or 500, every piece meets the same standard in quality, finish, and specification.

Your identity, built in. Logos, emblems, dates, names, or unit insignia — engraved on the caseback, printed, or worked into the dial.

Real value, no retail markup. Proven Swiss and Japanese movements (Ronda, Miyota, Seiko, Sellita), 316L surgical-grade stainless steel, and scratch-resistant sapphire crystals — without the cost of large-scale marketing built into the price.

Ready to hand over. Each watch arrives in proper packaging, ready to gift or distribute with no extra preparation on your end.

Design happens in Norway; manufacturing is done with experienced international partners we've worked with for years. That's the honest version — practical excellence, without unnecessary decoration.

Projects We've Delivered

A corporate watch only works if it's done properly. Two of our completed projects show how it comes together in practice.

Satellite Ground Station — Developed with KSAT

The Satellite Ground Station watch was developed in direct collaboration with KSAT (Kongsberg Satellite Services), one of the world's leading satellite ground station networks. The project ran on two parallel tracks: an internal edition produced exclusively for KSAT employees, and a public edition released to watch enthusiasts worldwide. Both share the same technical platform and design language. It's proof that a corporate watch project can serve organisational identity and genuine collector appeal at the same time.

Gruvebus — Built with Store Norske

The Gruvebus is our tribute to the coal-mining heritage of Svalbard, developed in collaboration with Store Norske and inspired by Mine 3 and Mine 7 in Longyearbyen. The case is hardened using actual coal from Mine 7 as forge fuel, and the dial carries a pressed texture taken directly from Arctic bedrock. Every caseback is individually numbered. This is what corporate clients come back for: something built with genuine purpose.

How a Project Works

Step one — Requirements and use case. We start by understanding your organisation: who will wear the watch, where, and what it needs to say. Executives? Field personnel? An anniversary? Each answer shapes the brief.

Step two — Design and specification. Together we settle the dial, case size, strap, movement, branding, and quantity. Minimum order quantities apply, typically starting from 20 pieces.

Step three — Approval and production. Once you approve the design, production begins. Most projects run three to four months depending on scope, and we share photos along the way so nothing ships without your sign-off.

Step four — Worldwide delivery. Finished watches ship anywhere in the world in the same professional packaging, with consistent presentation from the first unit to the last.

The Watches Behind the Projects

Satellite Ground Station II — a 40 mm automatic powered by a Miyota movement, with an exhibition caseback that reveals the rotor. One of our most recognised designs, with a track record in both corporate and collector settings.

Gruvebus — built on a Swiss Sellita SW200 automatic, with Swiss Trigalight tritium tubes for legibility in complete darkness and a caseback relief of the Gruvebus statue in Longyearbyen. Available in black, white, green, and blue.

Typical Corporate Watch Projects

Executive recognition — for senior leaders and long-serving people, marking a milestone.

Employee milestones — years of service, project completions, retirements.

Unit and member watches — for military units, associations, and clubs building a shared identity.

Anniversaries — limited editions marking a company or organisation's milestone.

FAQ

Professional styling, solid construction, and documented movement reliability make our watches well-suited to both business and operational settings. They're designed to handle daily wear without looking out of place in any professional context.

Yes — as a batch your organisation orders, as an edition your people buy individually, or as a public release. Minimum quantities, custom branding and engraving, and worldwide shipping all apply. It starts with a conversation — reach out through the form below.

These watches are built with sapphire crystals that resist everyday scratches and steel cases that handle daily wear. Water resistance varies across the range, from 50 m to 200 m depending on the model, so we recommend checking the individual product page or asking us when you submit your brief.

We use the same Swiss and Japanese movements found in watches at much higher price points. The difference is that we don't carry the cost of large-scale marketing or retail infrastructure — the money goes into materials and craftsmanship, which is where it should go.

Our watches are designed above the Arctic Circle, where function has always had to come before form. Nothing decorative survives the process unless it serves a purpose. That discipline shapes every piece we build — clarity, reliability, and durability over trends.

Yes. We've worked with multiple military units and defence-related organisations on dedicated watch projects, including air units and specialised operational groups — see our Military Watches page for more.
