This is what watches actually withstand:
30 meters / 3ATM - Withstands a splash of water (hand washing), but should not be bathed or showered with.
50 meters / 5 ATM - Withstands a splash of water and can in theory be showered with, although it is not recommended.
100 meters / 10 ATM – Withstands swimming at sea level.
200 meters / 20 ATM – Withstands water sports activities such as diving and free diving.
All our watches are between 5 and 20 ATM depending on which model you have. You will find more information about your particular model on the product page of the specific watch.
Watches without date function:
Pull out the crown -> Set the watch to the desired time -> Put the crown back in and the watch will start running.
Watches with date function:
1. Set date: Pull out the crown one notch - Turn anti-clockwise until you reach the desired date - Insert the crown again.
2. Set the time: Pull out the crown to notch two (all the way out) -> Set the watch to the desired time -> Insert the crown again and the watch will start running.
For our automatic watches, we recommend looking in the user manual or scanning the QR code that came with the watch.
HOW TO ORDER
Step 1: Add to cart
You put the item(s) you want to buy in your shopping cart by pressing the "Add to shopping cart" button.
Step 2: Your shopping cart
The shopping cart appears on the upper right side. If you are satisfied with the items you have entered, press the button " CHECKOUT" at the bottom of this window.
Step 3: Information
Fill in your personal information and press "PROCEED TO SHIPPING".
Step 4: Shipping method
DHL Express shipping is selected automatically, and shipping is always free. Press "CONTINUE TO PAYMENT" to proceed.
Step 5: Payment
Fill in the payment information and enter a discount code or gift card if you have one. You will receive an email address from us confirming your order.
All watches are shipped from Norway, and please note that the prices are exlcluded local VAT and taxes.
This is done in the last step of the checkout process, the same step as when you choose and enter the payment information.
The price is automatically updated if the discount code is valid, and please note that we only accept one discount code per order.
As soon as we have processed your order, we will send an order confirmation to the email address you used to order the product.

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Paypal and Apple Pay.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Free shipping on all orders over 69$. We use DHL Express shipping, which gives you fast delivery at your doorstep.
When you place an order, it will be shipped from our warehouse in Norway. During checkout, you'll be able to select whether you'd like the package to include (DDP) or exclude (DDU) your local VAT and tax.
Our main warehouse is in Oslo, and depending on your geographical location, the delivery time will be between 2-7 working days from the time your order has been processed.
Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered working days.
You have the right to return the order within 30 days from receiving the order. The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received.

The customer is responsible for the risk for transporting the returned goods to ÁIGI.
Yes! You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped from our warehouse.
Warranty and Repairs
Warranty period: Two years from when you received the item.
This warranty covers all manufacturing defects on the watch itself (movement, watch case, glass). Parts other than those mentioned above are not covered by this warranty.
To make a claim for compensation under this guarantee, please fill in the contact form on the page called "Contact Us", or via "post@aigi.no". You must provide your name, address and order number and a detailed description of the problem. The cost associated with the return is paid by us as long as you follow our procedures. If we do not find any of the problems described by the customer, the product will be returned.
